LEARNING, DEVELOPMENT &
At Compass, we believe in the right of people with disabilities to access lifelong learning opportunities and to receive the highest quality support in increasing health, wellbeing and overall fulfilment. Learn more about how our programs work to deliver these outcomes.
AND VOCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
At Compass, our Trainees are encouraged to try out a diverse range of skill areas in supported environments and to eventually select those where they can flourish. This is where the person begins to genuinely realise their full potential, becomes more independent and finds out where their abilities lie through a real hands-on process, which can often also lead to vocational traineeships in a Compass Social Enterprise.
