CAD is introducing Amour – he is a rescue dog from SCARS who is currently being assessed with the view to him joining the scheme. At CAD we are dedicated to giving rescue dogs a second chance. As you can see he is a relaxed boy who is taking everything in his (big) stride, we will keep you informed on his progress.
The night showcases the achievement of the Compass trainees, allowing them to dress up, attend a fancy gala and receive awards and trophies for their immense effort throughout the year.
What’s more, they even get to dance the night away with all of their friends.
There is no judgment and no ridicule – just big smiles on the faces of everyone involved.
This event offers a chance to celebrate achievements from the year to for Compass, which has more than 100 trainees and 45 staff, to show its appreciation to those who attend and support the organisation.
“Thank you” can become a bit worn when you’re the recipient of a constant stream of heartfelt generosity… but in the end it’s all we can say… so once again thank you on behalf of all the young people and the whole team at Compass Institute. We are very grateful for the support from Matt, Dan and all the wonderful people at Cricks Noosa and Nambour
A massive thank you to Maroochy RSL for the donation of $5000 to Compass Institute. We are absolutely thrilled to be associated with the RSL. Compass Staff and trainees thank the Maroochy management and staff for always being a generous donor and supporter of Compass and the general Sunshine Coast community.
THANK YOU TO ALL THE 2015 VOLUNTEERS
This event would not be possible without the support, dedication and sheer energy of our volunteers. More than 500 people offered their help at the 2015 event and we are proud to be able to give a donation back to each volunteer group.
From looking after bag drop to giving out medals, from cheerleaders to manning water stations, we appreciate every single contribution. We would also like to give a special thanks to one particularly important group – the students from The Compass Institute who came and helped set up the event precinct and also ran the 2km event. Thank you
Yesterday the Farm went to Youi Insurance to wash 56 cars in 3 hours. They beat the record of 47 cars from last year! Great job guys!
