Jazzercise Nambour ladies are ‘Planking with Purpose’, incorporating fundraising and fitness. Each participant contributes $10 each session and holds the plank position for as long as they can. Many are beating their previous personal records and having the incentive to raise funds for local charity, The Compass Institute, really helps. ‘Planking with Purpose’ is taking place this week, 3rd to 7th August, and funds raised will go towards fitness & healthy cooking equipment within the disability services Compass provides around the Coast.
