Compass has strong community networks.

The second avenue for trainees to develop work experience and even paid careers is through supported and unsupported placements in local businesses and industries. Compass has very strong community networks and has successfully supported many trainees into various employment opportunities using our ‘job share’ model which helps tailor the employers’ needs with the capacities and lifestyle goals of the person.

We employ a Community Support Officer specifically to develop these Community Placements.
