Vocational Opportunities for People with a Disability

Everyone wants to be valued for the work they do.

There are two avenues for our trainees to develop work experience and even paid careers. One is through our unique Compass Community Enterprises. These are ‘real life’ businesses integrated in to the local community. Enterprises include Lawn and Garden Maintenance teams, Vehicle Detailing teams, Business Support Services, Art & Craft Markets and Retail outlets of various types. They may also include single person enterprises based on the trainee’s particular skills and interests.
