Compass is an accredited Disability Services organisation. Disability Services Queensland introduced a new Quality System and accredited organisations were required to comply with 10 Service Standards by June 2008. Compliance is assessed by an independent audit team. A compliance audit is scheduled every three years alongside an annual maintenance audit.
