5th May…   Mothers Day Market

A wide range of stalls, entertainment, food, drink and lots of fun. The Market showcases the wonderful abilities of young people with disabilities with an enormous range of very cool products from art & craft to practical home items and some great jams, chutneys, pickles and much more.  How can you get involved? One of our Corporate Partners, ANZ, involves its staff as volunteers as part of their staff development programme. Others have stalls, provide banners and marquees, set up display stands and so on… Speak to Corinne on 5445 9116 and we’ll see you there!

June…  Womens Fundraising Luncheon

(date to be confirmed) Be scared… be very scared! The ladies are still kicking around some ideas for this years event and it’s all very secretive (of course) but the one thing we can guarantee is it will be huge! All we can say is that it will possibly include horses, fashion (male models?), fine food, great guest speakers and lots of bubbly. Watch this space for regular updates.

8th September… ANZ Compass Charity Golf Day

26th November… Compass Awards Night

This gala event will be again hosted at the Crowne Plaza Pelican Waters. In 2009 we had Wayne Bennett as our guest and 2010 we learned that Elvis really is still alive…and very much kicking! There are some great opportunities to promote your business through the various award categories while enjoying a truly great night of food, fun and entertainment with friends. Previous nights have been full houses so it’s better to enquire about this one sooner rather than later!

1st December…  The Compass Christmas Markets

It’s our end of year event and it’s a big one! As for the Mothers Day Markets, we have a wide range of stalls and activities for you to participate in. Take a stall or simply get involved by introducing various fundraising activities… Run a raffle, auction some items off (maybe a star employee?) – whatever it is, get involved and be part of the fun!
